Ways to order

•     Credit Card. Pay quickly and easily with your credit card. We have state-of-the-art encryption, so your data is safe and not available to anyone. To purchase, add items to your cart by clicking the "Get it now" button next to each item you wish to order. Once all items have been added, view the cart, verify your order, then click the "Check Out" button.

• Phone. Pay by credit card over the phone, you will have the same safety and security as you would ordering online . To order by phone, call (509) 879-5147.

• Mail Order. Print the order form here. Fill it out completely and mail it in with your check or money order.

• Fax. This option will be available very soon!

How we ship

• Shipping. Most orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail and ship within 2-3 days. Large or heavy items are shipped by UPS Ground and usually ship within 7-10 days. Commissions take 2-4 weeks to complete (depending on size/medium) and are shipped soon after completion.

• Packaging. We take great care in packaging items carefully to ensure they arrive safely. Prints are packaged in polypropylene sleeves with backing boards. Small items are then put in envelopes and shipped in Priority Mail boxes. Larger items are packaged in sturdy card board box (with bubble wrap or equivalent) or crated (depending on size) and paintings on canvas are wrapped with brown paper.

• International orders. Please email for an estimate on shipping, be sure and include your country, postal code, and phone number. Thank you!

Return Policy

• Item returns. Customer satisfaction is a priority for Studio Stage Dragon. We are confident you will be happy with your order, but if for some reason there is a problem, you may return your item(s) for an exchange or in-store credit.
